Pat began working for his father’s construction company at a very early age and continued to work side by side with his father until he left for college.

This experience gave him the skills necessary to understand the residential and commercial construction business and started him on the path that would become his passion. Over the past 10 years, Pat has been involved in residential and commercial real estate sales as well as property management.

Pat received his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and later completed his M.A. at Illinois State University. When he relocated to Sarasota in 1998, he quickly realized the potential there was in the numerous undervalued properties that were available and he seized the opportunity. He began fixing and selling these properties at a tremendous profit and, in doing so, put over a million dollars back into the community each year.

Pat has created hundreds of jobs by hiring painters, handymen, contractors, roofers, electricians and more. He has also helped the numerous realtors, mortgage brokers and banks that have profited from the sale of these houses.

By buying run down houses, rehabilitating them, and selling them to homeowners not investors, Pat has helped rid the areas he invests in of crime thus increasing the value of the surrounding homes. The increased worth of these homes also results in higher property taxes which help pay for schools, roads and other county expenditures. Helping Sarasota get back on its feet is a priority for Pat that is why all of his investments stay right here in Sarasota not in the hands of big corporations.

Pat not only recognized the financial opportunities that were available in Sarasota, he also fell in love with all that the city had to offer including its world-class beaches, arts, culture, and his lovely wife of 7 years who was raised in Sarasota and attended Riverview High School. Giving back to the community is of utmost importance to Pat and he shows this commitment through his involvement with local charities and associations.

After successfully operating several residential real estate investment companies, including IGS and Landwick V, Inc., both of which purchase and manage predominantly residential real estate, Pat decided to extend the opportunity for profit to outside investors hungry for a safe and secure alternative to the volatile stock market.
